Many thanks for all the suggestions from yesterday's post! The majority of the crew seems to be on the mend. 3 of 8 got it the worst, but is finally able to hold down soup. He calls me at intervals on his cell phone from upstairs to update me on his condition. 7 of 8 took the barf dive today...but I must brag. She actually managed to, uh, contain herself to a bowl. Very advanced for a 4 year old, if I do say so myself.
The house is perfumed with bleach and I'm using Lysol as a body spray. I recommend the 'Fresh Linen' scent for a light, clean, slightly antiseptic perfume aura.
Oh, and I sprayed a bunch of stuff with hydrogen peroxide.
And I took Benadryl last night.
And so far I have been spared.
Okay, enough avoidance. I must go back to the pile of laundry, laundry, laundry.
Hope the bug totally skips you!!! Hope today is a better day for all 8!!! I had to chuckle because I too have those that feel compelled to call me from their cell phone to tell me they still don't feel well....at times I want to say "yes you have told me please don't call back unless there is a change in your condition" but of course I muster a bit more compassion than that and say something nicer..... :) Happy Wednesday to you and your crew!
